Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I've only been warned for 096 FailRP, and that was 3 years ago I believe.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 2 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I've had numerous experiences as a staff member in other communities. The most I've committed to is an HL2RP community that no longer exists, I've spent most of my time managing ban appeals and special character authorizations. I spent some time hosting mini-events on the side to keep the server interesting and alive. Apart from that, I was also a staff member on an SCP-RP server many, many years ago, IIRC it was back in 2017 or so. It's too many to list honestly, I've been playing this game since 2014.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I've achieved a lot of things on this server, I've become E-11 and Nu-7 before, as well as joining CI as a medic. I didn't really make it through the ranks a lot, but I've also achieved obtaining whitelist for Response Unit, Combat Medic, Internal and External Security. I've also obtained Heavy Weapons License, Medical License, and Riot Control. I've also written some-what in-depth and detailed test results back when I used to play as a Researcher
Why would you like to become a staff member: I'd like to join the staff team because there is a unique charm to this server that I really enjoy, and I want to give back to the community however I can. I've noticed that during late night graveyard hours staff coverage is often thin, which is exactly when some players try to take advantage of the lack of supervision. I can fill this gap to ensure there are no rulebreakers, while still keeping the atmosphere of the server fun. I don't want to be the type of staff member who kills the vibe when people are just having fun within reason. Whether it's handling tickets or assisting a GM, my goal is simply to keep the server enjoyable and deal with the occasional troublemakers.
I believe I'm a strong candidate due to my previous staffing experience across various communities ranging from Semi-Serious RP servers to Serious RP servers. I'm quite patient and keep my cool when dealing with even the most toxic players. With over 7000 hours over in Garry's Mod, I can safely say I have dealt with all kinds of personalities without ever snapping or losing my temper.
I am naturally a helpful person, if I see someone struggling on the server I don't ignore them. I do my best to assist them or refer them to proper resources if I can't assist. I personally feel that I have spent adequate time on this server to know the ins and outs. I've observed how requests and situations are handled by current staff, which gives me a solid foundation to start from.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I believe I can improve response times and presence during late night hours. Often the quality of RP drops during these times because there isn't enough moderation. I would improve this by filling that specific time slot myself, ensuring that reports are handled quickly and that the server remains fun.
