Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yup, i was banned for 3 days for making refrences to breast milk in the USA server, which is a understandable ban as i've read the rules after to reflect on my mistakes. (Counting my bans from when i came back this year)
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4 hours if im at the gym before going home from high school, and 7 hours (maximum) if im on the entire day after. but on weekends i can be on anywhere from 11 am to 12 am. (meaning its possible to be online for 13 hours)
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yeah, i have alot of experience in managing in-person fighting game events inside Norway, with my resume including events including BLODHEVN 2025 (121 attendees that participated in tournaments). Although that was mostly not moderation, i work on the fighting games community in Northern Norway as one of the main staff, as i manage the discord and twitter for it. I've been doing this work for 2 years, and i've participated in punishing / removing Community TO roles from bad actors. Additionally i'm also a crew leader for my school's gaming LAN event as well as i'm a board member in 2 organisations related to fighting games. I would say i'm very trustworthy within doing tasks that i'm told to do, and that i'm not prone to griefing / intentionally doing bad faith shenanigans within roles that i've been entrusted with.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm pretty lowkey inside the community, i'm proud of holding my roleplay scenarios professional, and that i can do reliable work as a ISD Agent to a point i havent been job banned even in my presence in 2022-2023. I like to think im one of the more lenient ISD agents towards the people i'm arresting even if they're rude, and unlike most i check their history as well to see if its just a misunderstanding
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to contribute to the community in a healthy way, i want to keep the roleplay pure even during the inactive hours where there are the most rulebreaks. I would also like to guide the newer players to shine inside the community, i notice alot of the newer players get off early because they don't really know where to go after getting on the game for the first time and having their first staff sit. i'd like to have more people to roleplay with so i want to be able to guide em I also have good experience on graphic design, and have a good taste for what looks good artistically (colors, placement of elements, etc), i could cook up graphics (posters, logos, other elements that could be necessary) with Adobe Illustrator, as my education in high school is related to IT and Media
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would like to improve the activity of the staff team inside the forums, discord, and during the dead hours. i'm usually lurking around and the response to forum posts from mods is kinda slow, but idk if thats a internal thing that can't be fixed. i would encourage mods and admins to respond in posts that are related to them slightly faster.
