most recent is the minor glitching one that was given to me because of a failbreach as 079
the 3 failrp were for talking/acting in an unusual way as SCPs
the ARMD was missifiring at a d class (i believe it was when going out of a sweep and i was jumpscared) and the RDM was for killing a d class through the testing doors
and the one failrp warning was for combat cuffing during an arrest

How many hours can you be on everyday: about 2-5 hours a day, will vary depending on the day

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: no i do not

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: not so much of a recent one but me becoming an ECA, while i did resign, it is still something i hold pride to

Why would you like to become a staff member: i would like to become a staff member since i want to contribute what i can to the server and the community.
and give a possibly different point of view to the moderation team

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: if talking specificly about the staff and moderation team, i dont have much in mind, if talking about the server/community, i would harsh some of the rules, as i feel they can really hinder and hurt the RP experience and they are either "swept under the rug" or not treated with enough severety

and just to clear things up, i do have the 20 hours as it is a global 20 hours requirement as far as i understood.
if i miss understood then ill try and get towards the requirement.

Recruitment rules don't seem to mention that the time is global so I'm going on the basis that it isn't global. You should have 20 hours before applying

Can we please get a screenshot of the entire screen, showing the days of playtime this month in numbers at the top. This is the 3rd request that has been made for a proper screenshot of your VTime. We cannot see how much time you have from just the green lines alone.
