How many hours can you be on everyday: When i do not have school I can rack in 6-10hrs, but when school is around I can rack in 4-5hrs
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do not have any Staff Member Experience and therefore i would like to Apply to become a moderator
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud to have reached my first ever CL4 position being CI-Delta (i know its not much but hey its a step
)I am also proud to see how i've become more mature then i was when i joined the sever in 2022
I'm happy that i can interact with the people that also play the server without there being much of a Clearance Level barrier between us
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member to see how it works and to get a better understanding of the community i play alongside with, plus I never really have been a staff member on a Gmod server and I feel like this would also help me in the real world with decisions and what the appropriate action I will have to take according to the situation at hand.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: i would like to lower the amount of false warns that people can get, by achieving this i would like the Staff members to get clips from both sides of the story, like for example CI-MCOM: Hostile Nu-7 Operative Left tower. CI-MM: Kills the Nu-7 Operative with a headshot (the MCOM callout was correct if it was for the right tower this would then later end with the CI-MM getting put into a staff sit but luckily enough both sides had a clip with audio and therefor the CI-MM would only be given a verbal and everyone can go on with a happy day) this is from a true story btw...because I was the CI-MM. Oh! i would also improve on making better reasons when giving people warns instead of the Reason being "RDM" what if we did "RDM| Killed a D-class as a Cadet whilst the D-class was inside a D-block cell" obviously not alot of people are gonna be happy with this but it would let the person in the future remember why they got the warning which can then lead them to avoid making the same mistake
. Other then that i don't really know any other potential issues with the staff team due to staff complaints being empty/closed .
