This was also a time when I was not taking the server seriously, and was obviously made with no intent to positively contribute towards the community.

In relations to this - It's a very extensive list I know. A good 90% of these are from a year ago or more, and was when I wasn't taking the server seriously and fucked around. (This isn't to say that I will behave like this again if I ever feel like it)

How many hours can you be on everyday: 4 minimum?

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes. I was a Moderator/Sr. Moderator on a diferent community, May have been a different role but it's been around a year since that so my memory is a little fuzzy on that.

I didn't reach a high rank before resigning of said staff role, so I couldn't make fundamental changes to the community, but I didn't receive any punishments or strikes when I was acting as a staff member.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: As stated above in my warns, I used to take this server to put it lightly.. very unseriously. I fucked around almost every opportunity I got and then some. Since coming back, I've stopped these actions and managed to get myself into Alpha-1. I'm currently an Alpha-1 Sergeant, aswell as an Ethics Assistant!

Why would you like to become a staff member: I'm usually on early hours on weekends & sometimes on weekdays. I have noticed that there are usually no staff on for a long time during early hours! I want to reduce this, aswell as positively contribute towards the community.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Without a doubt, the time it takes for staff to respond to sits. I have experienced staff taking over 5 minutes to respond to a sit on peak hours, when it was crucial (for example, a tryout is ongoing and I needed a playermodel change) it may have been a hiccup/all aod's online & responding to sits, which I appreciate and understand.
