Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: https://i.imgur.com/J1EoxZc.png

I want to note some things regarding my warnings/bans:

Toxicity: I have no excuse for this warning. I was very tired and frustrated at 2am. I apologized for the staff member handling this, and I apologize now as well.
The case of RDMs: I didn't intend to kill other players for no reason. I thought it was justified at the time, as it was in intense situations. I've learned from these cases, and since I aim to avoid unnecessary killings.
Mixing: I was very misguided in a containment breach, and I also reacted to the warning poorly. I apologize to 'Seamstress' for any disrespect shown by me during the sit.
Inappropriate Conduct: I've appealed for this ban, but in retrospect, I understand the reason for it now. I formulated my sentence in OOC in a way that may be interpreted as something I didn't intend to even come up with. Please forgive me for my poor attempt to challenge this ban; I didn't want to point the finger at anyone.

How many hours can you be on everyday: 3 is a safe bet, may do more on weekends.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I was a moderator on a DarkRP server 7 years ago. It lasted for 3 months, but I resigned, as I couldn't stand the toxic environment of the staff team.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Internal Security Department:
I joined ISD when Alex Bones was the director, and I was excited to get started and achieve great things. I've made a significant arrest of a Gensec captain who murdered a D-class with poison and got promoted to investigator quickly after that. I've made good-quality arrest reports that were commended by my superiors. I was encouraged to apply for inspector, as commissioners claimed my performance was up to standards and beyond. As an inspector, I worked hard to train as many new agents as I could handle. Due to personal problems I resigned from the position.

Research Department:
I've proposed a project that was met with a warm welcome by RSD leadership and Site Administration; this is currently in progress, and I'm leading it with Eric Parker. I hope we can make a great event out of it in the end, and it may leave a mark.

Why would you like to become a staff member: It is rather odd why I want to apply for a staff position. To be honest, I am sure this application will get denied, but I was told it doesn't hurt to try, and I came to the decision that I have really nothing to be afraid of (I mean, I may get crucified in comments... huh... never thought of that).

I can safely say that Civilnetwork's SCP:RP is one of the best ways to quench my thirst for roleplay. I came in contact with the world of SCP when I was around 13 or 14 and quickly took a liking to it. Combine this with my addiction to TTRPGs like DnD and City of Mist, and we get SCP:RP in a bizarre way. I was hoping I'd find a community where people were open-minded and fun to be around.

Now, my initial thoughts were that I could work my way up the "chain of command" to make a change and to get to know people who are more interesting than I am. This plan quickly failed because of the blunders I've made. To be blunt, I am sure that the player base knows me as a jerk, and I couldn't blame them. I did blame everyone because of my mistakes, as I hadn't realized others' feelings and views on matters. I was rude to people I thought deserved it. But now I realize that I am not here to lecture people but to be part of a community, with all of their beauties and faults.

So to sum it up, I am miserable, but I want to change that and want to prove that I can be a valuable asset in the life of this community. And so, I am applying for moderator to improve myself and the staff team.

(But who knows, maybe I am overthinking this and people don't even know who I am... I am going crazy.)

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: What I would improve is the awareness of certain elements that can be used to enhance roleplay (game masters, character lore, out-of-the-ordinary RP like treason, etc.). From my point of view, there are many ways to improve RP, and the situations born from them are the most enjoyable experiences, but these are rarely mentioned, and a new player may never get to know these, or they might do something that is considered a rule break or may come with grave consequences IC or OOC because they didn't ask for permission.
So I'd improve on this by advertising clear references (guides and Discord forums) and clarifying what needs staff involvement. This way staff and players are on the same page, and more people could be encouraged to be creative without any accidental rule breaks.
