All from 2022 , Two for fail rp, one for mixing and my only ban was for Severe toxicity
Right now its a bit hard to remember the warns but for the ban i was acting like a dumbass towards other people that i had problem with in the past and got me banned for that.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3-5 Hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have a lot of previous staff experience in some major communities. I reached several ranks that I was proud to hold, such as Head Moderator and Senior Administrator, in a few servers, including Rust, where I had a long time as Head Moderator of a major community. I had the opportunity to deal with more than 400-500 people during wipe days, and it was really cool.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Back in 2022, I had the chance to be accepted as a Security Captain (link: https://civilnetworks.net/community/threads/yang-security-captain-application.3467/#post-22692). I had a lot of fun and met a lot of friends. This was also my first application ever for a role on a server, and I was proud to have it.
The D-Class session with my friends were amazing aswell and this is where my path started in the SCP ( i was playing a lot on the military back in 2021-Early 2022).
Why would you like to become a staff member: It's been almost 3 years since I got to know Civil Networks, and I'm really familiar with the rules and server lore,
I have the ability to put time and effort into a server that I appreciate. I'm very independent, and I learn really fast. All my experiences as a staff in differents games and community gave me the opportunity to handle tough situations, I am familiar with the rules and would not hesitate to enforce them During my time on the server as a moderator
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I often play quite early (when my school schedule allows me) and quite late, so I could be present during unusual times. This will provide consistent activity from the staff on the server.
I would also work on decreasing the response time to player inquiries or issues. This is my only concern as a player — sometimes I have to wait around 5 minutes or more (I also understand that there is a priority order for sits) for some basic problems (like being stuck in a wall).
