[SCP-RP UK] The Ethics Committee

Hello all!

I've decided to accumulate knowledge and form a guide on how the UK Ethics Committee has worked and continues to work on the server. This should serve as a good signpost for anyone seeking to learn about the Committee and how to go about joining certain roles within it. I've been DM'd a lot over my time regarding the Ethics Committee and this should solve 95% of the queries.

Please remember, this if for the UK Server primarily as both US/UK play it differently.
