-I’ve written several documents, and at least 6-12 that I think is graded as excellent. I focus on depth, structure, and narrative quality — not just formatting. What makes a document excellent is more than just spelling or grammar.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
- Supervise research activities and guide Senior and Junior Researchers to ensure experiments adhere to Foundation protocols. Maintain RP Standards Lead by example to uphold the server's SeriousRP standards. Review and grade research documents, providing constructive feedback to improve quality. Ensure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines and intervene when necessary.

- Hopkins is a driven Executive Researcher with a calm demeanor and a relentless work ethic. Though highly professional, his past weighs heavily on him—his son defected to the Chaos Insurgency, a fact he keeps closely guarded. His brother lives a normal civilian life, reminding Robert daily of what he's protecting. These personal ties fuel his commitment to safe, ethical research and the containment of anomalies. He specializes in memetics and cognitive hazards and often takes on high risk projects others avoid.
Robert’s biggest challenge lies ahead his son’s defection to the Chaos Insurgency remains a personal wound that could impact his judgment. In the coming months, Robert may uncover secret communications or evidence that forces him to choose between loyalty to the Foundation and trying to save his son. Meanwhile, he plans to push for reforms in containment ethics, advocating for safer, more humane research practices. This stance will put him at odds with more militaristic factions within the Foundation, setting up potential political conflicts and difficult decisions.
