After considering both your story and the staff member's story regarding the ban, I have decided to give you the benefit of the doubt.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I don’t believe this was a random occurrence; however, I am willing to give you a chance since this is your first offence. I will lift the ban, but it will remain on your record.

Note that the staff member didn't do anything wrong as they were correctly following our policies.

Due to the above, your ban will be revoked/removed.
