What server you were banned on: SCP-RP (USA)

Your in-game name: James Anderson

Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:543398710

Ban Reason: MRDM, FRP

Date of ban: Jan 13th 2026

Who banned you: Kennedy Wilson

Ban length: 8 weeks

What will you do to stop this from happening again: Stay out of A/O Conflict especially when playing as ERT, being neutral role.

Why should you be unbanned: I’m submitting this as a time-served appeal as directed by NL. I want to start by sincerely apologizing for what happened. (The MRDM and FRP) I genuinely regret how I handled the situation and the position it put staff in.

The incident with A-1 was a split-second decision made in the heat of the moment. I reacted instead of slowing down and thinking through the bigger picture, and how it would be RDM and or FRP. Looking back on it now, I know I should have handled it differently and just not gotten involved in A/O conflict. Regardless of what I believed at the time, my response didn’t meet the standard of server rules, or the IC duty as ERT. especially considering my prior history. That’s something I take full responsibility for.

Over the past several weeks, I’ve had a lot of time to reflect on it. I regret letting a moment of impulse turn into something that escalated this far. It wasn’t worth it, and I understand why action was taken. I’ve learned from it, and I will approach things like this more carefully and thoughtfully going forward.

With only about one week remaining out of the six-week ban, I’m respectfully asking if the remaining time can be considered served. and that I truly am sorry for the mistake,

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Ban Appeal Response

Hello @Big Hank ,

Thank you for taking the time to make a ban appeal. Obviously as you know, the actions you did in game that resulted in a ban was valid & you should be more cautious in the future. As you have served a large portion of the ban and have acknowledged your mistakes, I am willing to lift the ban. Please be more considerate in the future as the bans will only get longer.
