What will you do to stop this from happening again: i think this ban wasent deserved

Why should you be unbanned: i was given this ban for using the 'R' word in the context of i was asking someone to remind there buddies to check the clearence board befor acting instead of acting 'R" i recived a in game warning that the word was toxic or offensive or somthing like that i did not read it to closly a few mins later said admin pulled me to the admin room said since its toxic or severe toxic or somthing i was banned fast and did not hear all he said while yes looking back on it i likley did warrent a warrning or perhaps even a 24hr ban i dont belive i warrent a 7 day ban and yes i was sure the person i was speaking to wassent a child/underage nor a mentaly challenged person so i belive this isnt warrented to this degree and or at all

I am the staff member responsible for your ban. I had said in the sit that use of the R word, was concidered severe Toxicity. I had told this by a staff member higher than myself. So i went ahead and tried to explain this in game. I then issues your ban for 3 days as that was the max time i could apply. I had a higher up staff member apply a 7d ban as is our standard ban time for Class A punishment regarding this. Due to our rules you are not allowed call anyone the r word but you can something is the r word. Using the r word used against someone is prohibited as the word is hurtful to people with learning/mental disabilities. The ban given to you is appropriate according to our punishment guidelines.

after talks with the rest of the SL team We have decieded to remove this ban off of your record and to change the warn from severe toxicity to toxicity. Please contact a senior admin+ ingame or on discord or feel free to reach out to me to get it swapped around. All parties involved have been talked to and explained why this is toxicity over severe toxicity
