What will you do to stop this from happening again: Be cautious of my actions towards other players.
Why should you be unbanned: well, to be honest, the last staff who made my appeal turned out to be right when he said i'd get perma banned or probably blacklisted from the server.

i didn't know whether or not to even try to appeal because i knew my chances were slim to none but i decided to give it a go.
i'll start with the real things about me, yes, i am mingy sometimes, i play d-class so it's kind of made it hard for me to "roleplay" as other jobs since i loved being as free as possible without being held accountable for.
i want you guys to give me another chance to play again, this time, i can't promise you that i won't be breaking the rules, but one thing i do promise is that i'll stop harassing others.
i believe that d-class roleplay comes to light whenever i hop on and i actually play a huge role for gensec for them to do their jobs.
**yes, captains do hate me when they see me hop on scout**
i believe this is a huge impact for the server since the first thing the player sees whenever they first join the server is the d-class, and whether or not he is motivated to become a hero to stop villians like me or be motivated and continue down the route of violence and riot.
i've contributed to the server a lot and actually positively impacted the server and the staff team but i don't want you to put that into factor when deciding to unban me or not.
at the same time, i know i've also negatively impacted the server due to my "excessive" mingy actions sometimes.
but i know that "minginess" can be used for good and actually create fun memories and times for both d-class & the opposing factor (gensec, mtf, etc).
i hope you guys have the chance to forgive me and give me the opportunity to roleplay as d-class once again.
