What will you do to stop this from happening again: Not throw nitroglycerine at foundation staff, I mean it's pretty obvious

Why should you be unbanned: I was ERT and we were told to exfil, I had Nitroglycerine on me as the loadout gave us it, and we were told by the game to exfil and there was already a decent amount of chaos, without thinking I went "And for my last magic trick, I will make myself explode!" and then threw the nitroglycerine on the ground, killing 2 people, as my kda list shows.

Now for the actual reason, I think it wasn't really that big of an issue as we were already clearing up and everyone else was having fun, it's not like I threw it at someone with malicious intent, I was having a...well...."blast" before having to leave ERT, I'm sorry if one of you found that bad but I did not think 2 people dying from an explosion counts as RDM

Thanks for taking the time to submit your ban appeal.

After having read your statement above, it is clear to me that the punishment you have been given is indeed valid.

1.02 Do not RDM/RVDM- Random Deathmatch or Random Vehicle Deathmatch. You must have a real and justifiable reason to kill or attempt to kill another player. Players should also be given reasonable time to comply with demands.​

Reading the RDM rule above, clearly throwing nitro at the floor without any roleplay reasoning is a violation of this rule. On top of this, after checking the logs the total amount of people that you killed with this reckless use of nitro was 6 people including yourself which would definitely amount to Mass RDM.

Just becuase you're given something in your loadout doesn't mean you need to use it, especially in a way that is reckless and impacts are large number of people with no justifiable reason in the way that you did.

Due to the above, no action has been taken in regards to your ban appeal. You may re-appeal in 2 weeks.
