What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will study the server rules again and ensure I follow them to the exact word.

Why should you be unbanned: Firstly, it was not my intention to break the rules. I was simply reacting to an action which was obstructing me from my duties.

Secondly, I would like to address how in the clip, the Tech Expert is breaking rules himself, yet all the blame was pointed towards me. I would furthermore like to address how recently I was punished for the exact thing the tech expert did (bunny hopping) yet it was not enforced onto him the same way it was onto myself.

I feel as if the enforcement of rules is few and far between, and players like myself are simply trying to play the game while following the rules get interrupted by blatant minges get punished instead of them.

Hello!

The reason you were banned was due to the fact you killed the Techi for being in the door way which is not a reasonable response.
It was explained during the sit that the Techi thought the door was broken. It isn't a rule violation for him to try to fix a door, if he was purposefully blocking the door way it would be different.

With all due respect, in the clip, you clearly see the tech expert intentionally go block the door. He is literally just loitering above CPC and only goes to the door while bunny hopping when he sees me approaching.

Because of the nature of this matter, and various second opinions I have gotten from staff, this should have been an in character issue due to it being murder caused by a foundation personnel blocking my ability to do my job.

Also why are you responding to an appeal made against a ban you made? Don't think you're allowed to do that.

Hi, @slipstream,

After reviewing your clip provided and speaking with the staff member involved. While I can understand the point of view from yourself, It is still RDM, the tech expert in question is shown in the clip inspecting the door to see if it needs to be repaired and even though he is blocking your way from responding to the Code 5. This is still not a valid reason to kill him.

As your ban was only for 6 hours, please be mindful in future as the next time the punishment will be increased in accordance with the Punishment Guidelines.
