What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will read the rules in its entirety and prevent any future behavior like this which was unacceptable and uncalled for against my fellow Civil Networkers.
Why should you be unbanned: Hey there server leadership, it's been a while since I have had any activity on anything Civil networks related and it's probably because I gave up on Civil for a time. To be honest however Civil has been in the back of my mind for a long time and I want to play again because of the challenge it presented. The thrill of D-class fighting the entire site and participating in events where D-class becomes an established fighting force made my adrenaline go wild. Or whether it be playing Type Green and getting a 100 killstreak and getting dragged away by A-1 to have a rap brother with another Type green it was all so much fun. I also found it to be fun to roleplay in any way I could even if it at times was pretty stupid like becoming an insane man and being locked in the white room for 40 mins. These are all just reason why I want to play Civil but in truth I really don't deserve to be unbanned. My record is not exactly a very good one and I have been banned multiple times but in the time before doing those bans, I tried to be a good player and follow rules, However I began to not want to follow them when I was repeatedly denied refunds or getting warned because of something so miniscule but someone reported it and I got warned because of it. Now this doesn't justify be breaking rules, but I was just frustrated with how everything worked and when I tried to follow the rules, I found myself in bad situations which most of the time were unintentional or in my eyes unfair. As said before this still doesn't justify my actions but in my defense I never read the rules as I had thought them to be basic and similar to DARKRP but after reading the rules thoroughly I feel ready to face my record and be better while doing so. I also realize I was very immature and unwilling to realize when to be serious as most of the time I did what I wanted when I wanted which shouldn't be the standard for players on this server. I also miss the people I once played on Civil with, whether it be the laughs, schemes, or roleplay done with them I will always love the people of Civil and strive to be better because of those players. I also would like to speak about the MRDM war since that was the reason I was banned in the first place. I had always been confused with server and in character rules, I would see personnel using AA on D-class (They weren't ERT) and not given any punishment of the sort. This led to me believing that AA (Other than matadors) were purely in character misuse along with other offenses and so I thought as a D-class I wouldn't be breaking rules by using AA since I could also get CI AA on surface (Which I know is much weaker). So after painstakingly hacking my way into E-11 AA I got my goods and proceeded to use them. I will admit I have done with before and have not gotten in trouble even though I was seen doing so. This led to me being oblivious on the matter and not taking time to read over that rule and I apologize for my ignorance and hope you can forgive me.
After reading this I hope I could've changed your mind about my situation and hopefully you will unban me. But as said before I was very much less than ideal but in the hopes of returning to Civil I will I beg of you to allow me to return as it's the only server of its kind that has fun people to play with and things to do.
