Why should you be unbanned: I deeply apologize for the disgusting and cruel words that came out of my mouth at that time. I was not thinking correctly. This doesn't justify my actions, but I've been severely stressed from the lack of attention my ticket was getting, causing me to lash out. I was having a bad day at the time when everything happened. I appreciate you reading my appeal and I wish you a good rest of your day.
