Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?

-I am applying for a more in-depth RP position and more of a leadership role along with being able to have my own creative freedoms in doing my experiments. I love the process of being able to experiment with the community and finding ways to help better improve RP. I have been wanting to help with the research branch as a whole because I see how much work higher up research has on their hands and have been wanting to lighten the load to help the rp experience of all of research including the higher ups. I have been on this server for a long time and have many hours on the research job and always put in work and dedication into my writings. During my time as a researcher I have always strived to achieve better so have always aimed for a higher position so I can continue bettering the research and writings I do. I have always taken feedback and have learned from it. The reason I am applying for this position is that others have taken notice that indeed I have been doing well in the senior researcher position, and have seen me spending time trying to better the experience of the people. Running tests requires more clearance, with more clearance opens more doors for my abilities as a researcher to help the foundation and its efforts.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:

- I have been very interested in the research position as of late. I have been trying to work on my writing as well due to it being one of my biggest strengths. I have been helping with chemistry and passing along information on my findings with creating aspirin. I have not found the new recipe for aspirin but I have helped with narrowing down the results. I have been running larger experiments lately requiring organization and approval from the higher ups at the facility. My experiments have been with 008-2 and its reversal by putting it into 914 to reverse the effects, I have so far run one trial of the experiment with more to come. I have also been handpicked to the joint medical and science division Excelsior 23. I also am willing to help researchers with their experiments, give feedback, and answer questions that they might have about the job. I have had the senior researcher position for many months now and have may good grade documents and have never gone below a good grade. When I conduct an experiment I always ask is this ethical? who needs to approve this? and is this going to help the foundation. The unnecessary loss of lives is never a good thing and should always be avoided which is always why I ask my self those three questions. The executive researcher position requires work, and dedication. I have a great work ethic, a great moral compass, and usually have a great judgment on situations.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?

- I think I have received 1-2, What makes a document great is 4 things.

1. Readability, and grammar. To elaborate a document should be able to be read easily and the spelling and grammar needs to make sense. If a document is filled with spelling and grammatical errors it is poor. If it has punctuation, commas, and periods then it will fit the requirement of the readability and grammar portion of a excellent document

2. It needs to have the proper format. If the document is not formatted in the way it is supposed to be formatted it will not be an excellent document. If it has the proper Format which is, Index, Scp Description, Goals/Aims, Hypothesis, Methodology, Participants, Report of what happened during testing, Findings, And the conclusion of the study.

3. Being able to have the document look nice. This means having a Title page with an Image to add some flair and personality. This could include a photo of the SCP, A photo Of the test (if already done), Or the SCP foundation logo. For Example One of my documents has the logo of the scp foundation with under it saying CL.4 DO NOT READ. This adds a little flair to your document making it so that the people reading it can have a more immersive experience while reading the document. Adding pictures and separating lines within your document make it look nicer and provide a visual for a more immersive experience.

4. Length. The length of the document sections needs to be enough to justify the test. Lets say the test I'm doing requires Ethics, E-11 MAJ, and Executive approval. You need this test to fill the page and be descriptive enough to ensure the test is a valid, ethical, and Important to advancing research. Excellent Gradings Are usually for a longer document with in-depth descriptions and safety procedures

(situational) Proper redaction on the first page or name of the document if the test could cause a clear and present danger (IE amnestisation or termination) if read. For example you are a Sr. Researcher running a test on 008 with special permission from the higher ups at researcher staff and ethics committee. You would Need to title the test REDACTED instead of 008 test the zombie virus. You can change this at a later date when you are done with the test, but when you are passing the document around to get stuff signed you would need that to be redacted.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

-They are to grade document, conduct on CL.1 - CL.4 SCPs, and help newer researchers. Another responsibility for Executives is to approve tests, and credits based upon whether the document and test fall within the guidelines fore research and the code of Ethics. They try to ensure the safety of the facility is not in danger when research runs tests, they accompany researchers who a conducting a potentially dangerous test to make sure the safety procedures are being followed and are not presenting danger to anyone. They work with E-11 and Ethics closely, insuring that the safety of the facility when conducting tests.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Gallifrey is cursed to this earth forever my saliva is 110% alcohol and everything inside me is acidic as proven by doctor teel and Derek white and I have recent memory lost after each death [Meaning NLR]. He is a man that is lonely and has nothing he can only remember fragments of his past because it is too painfull for him he has always wanted to help others and be a hero but he was never good enough but when the foundation took him in once they saw his anomalous effects they wanted him he was hesitant at first because he had trust issues but when he saw the good they were doing he wanted to become apart of the foundation it took years of tests and he tried to explain to them how he feels and what his life was like they finally saw that he was more than an "scp" and was human had a brain had a conscience so they let him roam the facility he tried to become friends with everyone he was charming but his eyes looked like he had been through so much pain and suffering so people looked at him and he was always the person people could tell things to he didn't know why though one day he met a girl a nice girl her name was Polly and she was nice and she and him had a great friendship they would always hangout and talk then one day the chaos insurgency came and tried to steal foundation documents and scps and Polly being afraid and a weak target the chaos took her and deep down gallifrey knew if he stepped up and tried to save her they wouldn't have taken her so Gallifrey then became saddend but determined to save her and help others and one day Gallifrey escaped the facility on the way out they were shooting tranqs at him and when he got out he looked like a porcupine but none of them did anything because his blood was acidic so it burned right through the tranq dart and when he saw a Ci he followed it and it led him to the base where Polly was being held and he was met with extreme force from the ci and when he managed to get through severely beaten he saw her and when he saw her he got a burst of energy and untied her and ran but once they kept running they saw a ci behind them they shot Polly and Gallifrey was devastated and came back to the foundation looking for anyone to help Polly but it was to late and from that day on Gallifrey wanted to make sure he could always help those who don't have a voice and those who have been treated horribly. He has become a researcher and is on trial for the joint research and medical division Excelsior 23.
