Description of the incident: During a Raid two CI (Myself and Swagger) were in the process of capturing two foundation consultants in EZ and killing a third consultant (Ron Jones - STEAM_0:1:222885520 , Not entirely sure if this is him, as the staff who told us to make this report instead, refused to check logs) who ran into EZ in an attempt to combat us after one of the captees begun to radio out for help . After dying once, the consultant engaged us again all the way to Surface garage, and ultimately killed us and prevented the capture. This constitutes FailRP (Combative actions on a non-combatant job) as CI was called out in garage, and he was fully aware of our presence up there. In fact when asked why he even went to garage, he admitted that it was to save the consultants that we had captured. This isn't his duty, and its unrealistic for a non combative to be chasing CI, especially during a raid, an inherently combative scenario. The specific rule we are looking to have enforced is. "4.04 Non-Combative Personnel - The day to day duties of the person's job doesn’t require them to involve themselves in combat, these roles and/or departments may not engage in combat unless there are no options available, such as escape or hiding."

During the specific rule violation, we are exfilling the foundation in an attempt to escape with our captures. A non-combative chases us all the way to garage with the intended purpose of preventing our capture and also combatting a CI raid. This is not the duty of a non-combative, he didn't seek to escape or hide from the threat, he actively sought out combat to prevent a capture. This is clearly not in the purview of the consultant, a non-combative role, and a violation of the non-combative job rules.

^ Swagger being killed by the consultant in question.

^ Clip taken just after the first, showing the consultant continuing to seek out combat within garage, even after the hostage has been saved.

Hey man those shots were meant to be pot shots honest to god didn’t think I was even gonna hit anything. The fact I killed one of you is a miracle. And secondably that’s a whole lot of words to just say a consultant was helping rescue another consultant. Sorry I ruined your kidnapping.

Guilty as charged your honor.
