Description of the incident: I got out of inner D-block with one other D-class. the other D-class made a escape attempt, while I just wanted to just sit on the railing for the time begin, until something happens. Some time pass with multiple GSD see me and do nothing including the Chief jack. After a while an NU-7 with a D-Class walks in sees me and without a verbal warning or a command to go back into D-block, the NU-7 just shots me dead. Now on to the "Sit" which you can see in EV A. I do want to bring up a point where 'Insanity' said "this... is unfortunately an IC situation and issue. Sorry." When there was no chance for role play, and In the COE under 1.02 - Termination of Personnel for d-Class personal "D-Class may be terminated 3 seconds after they fail to comply with an order." I did not fail to comply with an order because no order Were given. I just want this looked over again, because I feel like the staff were using information both IC and OOC. I just want the behavior to get corrected if they're going to respond to tickets, Because thought I genuinely was losing my mind. For EV B I overheard the D class in question said TB (Still don't know where he got that information from) and then immediately ran to the guards to snitch. So I walked up to him with no weapons out and said "Oh wait, I can kill him for snitching" (Which would be valid) Then proceeded to walk towards bathrooms but did not enter. And proceeded to tell the others D-Class, 1480 was snitching. Then proceeded to hang out around one of the benches. At which he began to run to the bathroom to proceed to get a knife. A little time passes and then I get killed. And I want to bring up another point for EV B for the first sit when P. 'Leper' said "No you were breaking policy by being out of D-block" that's IC, not the rules for the server, I was literally just sitting down posing no clear threat.
