Description of the incident: It started off with D-Class magically getting keycards into D-block when there was less than 40 players. So I was holding it and everything was fine, until a breach happened Type green A and I saw it many times he was around D-block helping D-class. I started to clip whatever I can after it was getting out of hand.

This situation was unplayable because these D-class was moving together as if they were all connected. I quickly hop on Teamspeak to atleast have abit of hope how they are doing this. I quickly see all of them in the teamspeak and took a screenshot. I joined the teamspeak and Wildcard was saying "Why are you here" continously and saying are you here to metagame us even simpleton said it aswell. I found it funny because of the irony and then sammy pepper said there's a D-class teamspeak and they all switched as soon as she did. Why would they swtiched over if it was only OOC discussion and even if there was no OOC discussion I can't stay to be sure there's no rules being broken either?

I also made a past report on Wildcard for targeting me I don't know what's his issue against me but he hasn't changed. I made a forum report about it / Ingame report. Yet he still isn't changing he is also getting other players of the community to target other players who just associate with me once in game that got him warned. He wrote -rep cry baby on his post.

Honestly, I want an admin to check everything that happened that night because there was so much rulebreaking barely unplayable and wildcard would kill me and add his two cents, being toxic.

In all, there is obvious metagaming problem in this sever and it's hard to monitor. We all joke about it but then there's metagaming that ruin the fun and only one side is having fun. While this is happening other players get affected by it.

This was a old report on wildcard when his name was two tanks that I didn't like his behaviour I might have the recording for this but its to show his behaviour towards me.

Respectfully I don't see any evidence pointed towards me of what you are accusing. The only thing that can be pointed to is when in medbay me a wildcard tried to fear RP you and you ran this happened due to the already established fact I needed a matching ID and we were following you for some time before this as you can see wildcard follows you into airlock and I join in once you leave dblock. I would also like to say we had a combat medic and SCU in out TS almost all night those being Kory and Hampton so if we were metagaming they would have been able to know where we are and metagame us which never happened. I would also like to say Bear was in our TS for an hour+ confirming there was no metagaming. And finally man its not that serious in the clips I can see 2 rule breaks one on you RDMing wildcard and another of you not following FRP I didn't partake in the harassment I was just being a dclass talking with some friends your honor is that such a crime.
 
1. You constantly camped 914 while we were playing D-Class.
2. You third person peeked, and metagamed us (in your clips) multiple times to attempt to kill us.
3. You had your friend, Jordache, comment the same thing on my own steam profile on November 10th. (He deleted his comment after you made this forum report), so I commented the same thing on his profile on November 25th as I thought it was a funny comment and in good spirit, not your profile Charle. In fact, I have you blocked on steam to prevent you from harassing me, which is why you had your friend comment on my profile.
4. You constantly make player reports on individuals who play the game and defeat you.
5. Community Supervisor Bear was monitoring the channel we were in and will vouch that we never broke OOC or metagamed.
6. You lie to get people into trouble.

Regarding your claim of "(Wildcard telling the D-class with the deagle you're shooting at the wrong guy basically want him to target me)" , I was speaking to the gensec next to you, who shot me (orange suit), instead of the D class with the deagle.

Furthermore, before claims of us playing as D-Class and having to escape are made against us, we did in fact go to surface and return.

All I seem to be involved in is being in teamspeak with other people apart of the medical staff while on D-class, There was no proof other than us being in teamspeak and no evidence that we were working together. also i will say i don't believe that it should be up to the normal player to keep track of people breaking rules and instead they should leave it up to staff which if you would have been there earlier we did have a community supervisor in there with us talking with us as well. and another thing as wildcard previously mentioned you're accusing us of breaking rules when he litterally has evidence of you breaking rules, and to adress the quote "Honestly, I want an admin to check everything that happened that night because there was so much rulebreaking barely unplayable" it was very playable as you killed me and the others with heavy weapons multiple times while also actively disreguarding the breach to target D-Class while the Tg who was "working with d-class" was right infront of you.
 
Hello! I was in the medical teamspeak due to the fact I was having a talking with the DoM and consultant while I was on OSA before I got on to class D.

When it was pointed out that I was still in there I had moved myself to the class d teamspeak (the ooc one)

And to the best of my knowledge ( I was deafened quite a bit) no one was using the medical teamspeak for meta gaming and when asked/it was pointed out we had moved channels where we stayed and chatted, even Bear was there for a good while.

- I don't know how to fix it I will fix it my microphone was perfectly fine.
- You say I metagamed tab? I wanted to know names of every players involved to have proof.
-I clicked on type green A first which you can see I was going to write OOCLY why helping D-class but that would make him start killing D-class to cover his tracks. I then click on yours wanted to check your profile to see if you're friends with him but then again active situation.

(This clip shows I was reviewing all the gather clips and I heard 914 sound and I realize it wasn't in use and It was my clip being played. which is why I said disregard and then went towards a wall to find where this clip is being played.)

- I never message you on steam or any external platform, I never wrote on your steam page.
- November 11th, this was when I made a report on you and you were caught you as a disguise and you're being toxic.
- I never wrote or said anything to you.
- If it was so funny and you also felt like I was harassing you why didn't you report?

- additional information no proof - you can check logs I never pm you or even try to initate talks with you, you're lucky my medal doesn't record voice. Everytime you have the chance to say something to me or report. You report and say it and I never respond to you I always IGNORE you if you haven't noticed(unless admin sit) . You always bring up the past like the time I killed you as D-class and ever since you just have a personal vendetta against me. When I join CI teamspeak and you're there you would say something about the past. Just know when I fix this microphone problem I hope you start acting straight. ( I will see if I have clip of wildcard coming at me ingame to "talk" to me)

Show me where I message you on any external platform.. I never harassed you nor said anything bad to you. The only time I was talking to you was when civilians was ordered by mayor to close off pinewood. Ever since that day I refrain myself from even roleplaying with you.

In all, I hope you guys get caught with all this lying and fake accusation omg.
And not to mention once again... When I joined (after I died by them in medbay) simpleton and Wildcard were both saying multiple times "Why are you here" "Are you here to metagame us" And then all leaving once I joined...

I refrain myself from any further comments i hope this clarifies everything I did or explained atleast some of the stuff that needed to go towards a certain date. I'll let Holland do god's work and handle things accordingly.

In defense of this, the new Steam client beta has caused issues with voice chat, at least on GMOD (both speaking to and hearing others.) I experienced the same issues yesterday and opting out of the Steam client beta fixed it, as other players may attest to.
 
VERDICT​

Let me start with the main issue here that was presented,

Metagaming:

There isn't sufficient proof of metagaming going on. The argument that was made regarding community supervisor bear being present within the call doesnt valide any prior/later metagaming within the channel.

If a staff members join the call of course, you aren't going to "break" rules. Let this be a general warning that this behaviour isn't accepted and we as staff are aware of this.

@tadtad31 @Sammy Peppers @jimmy'cook'dibble based on the above, nothing will be done regarding the report.

Rule breaks:


Clip1: insufficient proof of targating towards charlie,

Clip2: Wildcard is seen baiting charlie to kill him after being told multiple times that passing the line = termination. Wildcard isn't valuing his life in this situation, nor is he attempting to escape or attack Charlie. Insufficient proof of type green teaming during that situation.

Wildcard broke FailRP.

Charlie is seen thirdperson peeking to gain a advantages/knowledge.

Charlie broke: metagaming using ooc features to gain ic knowledge.

Clip3: Charlie didnt do anything wrong within this clip didnt break NLR 914 was called out after he respawned.

Type green: jaxon bread smith ,

Will be warned for teaming. protecting people within 914.

Clip 4 : No rule breaks can be determined here.


The alleged FearRP from Charlie is invalid, seeing both perspectives, a command was given, and within 1 sec, the 2:1 LOS was broken. Charlie shot his weapon, making it an uncontrolled situation, therefor fearrp doenst apply.

OOC quarrel

It seems that both sides are having trouble behaving like adults. There have been repeated reports of Charlie and Wildcard arguing, blaming each other, and trying to get each other in trouble.

Additionally, there have been incidents of baiting rule breaks in-game, where you both are purposefully looking to provoke arguments with each other.

While the Steam comments are a general issue, they do confirm my previous statements.

This drama from both sides is not appreciated by the staff Team. We would like to see more maturity and cooperation moving forward.

To make sure this happens, I have decided to issue a 36 hour ban to both Charlie and Wildcard. Take this time to reflect on your actions, it is a game and we as staff dont want to play Kindergarten teachers.

WIldcard will be issued the following: FailRP warning | 36 hour ban. (+ ban time surrounding punishment classes)

Charlie will be issued the following: Thirdperson abuse x2 | 36 hour ban. (+ ban time surrounding punishment classes)

Jaxon Bread Smith will be issued the following: teaming warn. (+ ban time surrounding punishment classes)

If you believe the warnings/bans are invalid, feel free to make a complaint against me.
