XP Farming: I received a 1-day ban and a warning for the same incident. This happened when I was still relatively new, and we had just finished fighting back a massive Code Black with Gensec's help. While playing as a scientist, I started crediting everyone as I had seen others do in the past. I did not realize it was a mistake, and I accepted the punishment without argument when the admin informed me. I learned from it and never let it happen again. Other than that, this has been my only warning so far. In think I got kicked for being AFK, was rushing to a hospital and left the computer on so... my bad.

Yes, have been apart of multiple discord communities such as Inkunzi where i was a moderator as well, it currently has 12,000+ members in it, Ive already resigned in that community. Other then that various minor roles in other communities in other games but thats about it

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game:
I helped push for changes in the Foundation justice system, making suggestions that shaped the modern justice system. I have assisted various departments while serving in Site Administration, overseeing the launch of Iron Shield and two different expansions of the sub-regiment due to its success. I aided E-11 in approving eight different policies that were previously stalled, helping to push them through a bottleneck (resulting in the regiment growing from one CSG to eight).
As an ISD Inspector, I have investigated every department on-site, including Site Administration and A-1, helping to bring many individuals to justice through various tribunals. I look back on that achievement with great pride.

Why would you like to become a staff member:
As an ISD member, I have essentially spent most of my downtime as a mini staff member, and I have always enjoyed handling these sorts of matters. Having built the mental fortitude during my time in the real-life military to withstand name-calling and insults, I would say I am definitely built to remain level-headed and calm in high-stress situations.
Helping people has always been a personal favorite of mine, and seeing others ruin someone’s fun while disguising it as "having fun" has always annoyed and even angered me at times. Contributing to the good fight in cracking down on such behavior is definitely something I am eager to do.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
Having staff be more engaged in stopping rulebreakers when it happens Infront of them rather then waiting for a ticket to be called, though i do understand that requirements are needed so I don't blame the current staff team on that
