Discord Username: Asylumreaper
Age: 25
What's your current playtime: 06d 09h 36m
Do you have a mic: Yes, I do.
Your characters name: Foundation: Luka 'Dragon'
Civilian: Yuki Yukinov
UNGOC: Luka 'Raven' Yukinov
[More to come]
Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: Yes.
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No, I have not.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Atleast 3+ hours a day. Can be more as needed.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have a fair few years of experience, both in and out of Garry's Mod. Such as Arma 3, Roblox, Minecraft, and some others.
Sometimes my work would just be helping with the Discord more than in-game, and other times it would be me assisting with training new staff. I've been through a variety of places. Some being much larger than I ever thought would be possible to become apart of.
I've possessed ranks of Trial Mod, Mod, Admin, Senior Admin, Head Admin, Staff Trainer and some others.
During my time in those communities, I've been able to better myself, learn quickly on the job, and be able to properly teach and train newer members of the teams I was on. There's also smaller things I've done, micro management and whatnot, but not too much on that end.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: It's not much, but I'm proud to have worked my way into UNGOC. As well as passing each test I've taken so far with no fails.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I was introduced to this server a few weeks back, but had seen a few clips of it and wanted to find it beforehand too. Since then, I've been on here quite often, for many hours throughout the day. I've surpassed the friend that brought me here, and would love to put my fair share back into the community.
I've seen a lot scenarios, but I've also seen times where there's plenty of Rule-breaking going on, but no staff available to take tickets right at the moment, or a ticket took a bit of time before someone could handle it. I'd like to return my share of time by assisting the staff team with those tickets, by helping to keep the rule-breaks out, keep players coming in, and hopefully keep the players happy with the time they spend here.
I'd like to join the staff team to make my mark on the community, to see what I can achieve and hopefully make it a little bit easier for the staff of Civil Networks.
I also hope that if/when I make it into the team, I can learn quickly, and perhaps be to a point where I could help teach the newer staff members that come along the CN staff team.
I aim to be able to assist the newer players that are looking to learn and needing help to get started. I also aim to make a fun, engaging environment for players around me, and to those that I come to meet.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something, I think I'd improve the ticket system. Perhaps something to inform someone if there's any other tickets ahead of the same style so they can have an idea of how long they might be waiting depending on the situation.
Perhaps a way to show the general ETA until response based on the amount of tickets that are active.
