Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 1 RDM warn near when I first joined as class D, as I thought getting a knife scavenging gave prerogative to kill other class-d.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3+ hours(More so on my days off Thursays and Sundays)
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have some experience in the dev side but more so just from contributing, as a staff member for a game I do not.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud of achieving Executive Researcher, Investigator, Passing my bar exam, and finally making ECA.
I dedicate a lot of time in game, and achieving these milestones, these positions that elevate my ability to facilitate and maintain rp in game has been incredibly rewarding. To see the fruits of my effort, my contributions to RP, allowing me to achieve ever higher positions, in which I can help others, and help contribute to a more interesting and more fun RP for everyone has been an amazing experience. I enjoy these positions because they allow me to be a positive influence and help influence the server in the way I would have wanted to see when I was a new player, and in ways that would have made it more enjoyable for me as a new player.
Lastly, most hesitantly I think I've made some genuine friends in the community, which I something I am proud, i've had the interactions to allow such.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I have a deep need to help and support others. I want to help make the server a better place for others, and I have first hand experiences of the toxic game-play and players that make you not want to play. I often am in game on hours where there are low to no staff, as I work overnight. I see the frustration players often get at these times being unable to get tickets taken care of and I would. I want to join staff, so I can help uphold the positive experiences I’ve had on civil networks, and help work to educate where benign ignorance is present, and remove malicious elements to the server's environment.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Focus more so on education where possible. If a mistake has been made in conceivable ignorance, and its servers have no malicious intent, I feel there should be a bigger push to a verbal warning than an actual warning. As a server we have a lot of rules to help facilitate RP, and I agree with them, however as a new player you may end up inadvertently breaking them then facing a warning for an honest mistake. I’ve in all the position’s i've applied for held that educating the player base both in character and out of character is the best way to facilitate high quality RP for everyone.
