Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Sadly yes, I have a few FailRP and Micspam warns and I forgot why I gotten them.
I have gotten a Inapp Content ban on Saturday, which I appealed. I made a joke that I shouldn't have made and it was made after a long break and I wasn't familiar with the rules after my break.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4-6 hours, I don't really have anything to stop me from getting on.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, i've been a SM on one of the other large SCPRP servers, a TM before on this server, a TM on a CWRP server, and ive been GM on multiple servers.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I achieved 1SGT in GOC last year, which I am very proud of. I also got multiple tests and projects done in GOC, such as a recent 914 test, works on the OSuit, and many other samplings and tests. I got to be a SCU which is very fun currently, alongside being in both MTFs at a point of time.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I was a staff member previously and during my time in the team I enjoyed the systems and enjoyed helping new players and players that needed to be reminded of the rules. I want to return to the team because last time I had to leave due to personal reasons, so I couldn't grow as a moderator. I also can work much better with the new ticket systems as I am very used to using chatboxes in my staffing experiences. I also hope to join the event team. I hope my staffing will lead to more people being satisfied with staff as a whole through my tickets.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Ticket times, I would try my best to accept tickets when i'm not busy and if needed I will take tickets during roleplay situations. I'm also available fairly early, so people in the early hours of the server won't have to wait hours for more staff to get on to take their ticket.
