Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was an admin on a few Rust servers, and I was staff on there for about 2-ish months each, and I was a high-ranking staff member on the servers
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: That I have got a lot better and not messing around, and that I have got CSG in nu7, and that I might be able to get LT next week, and that I have not got into trouble in a while, and that takes a lot of not messing around, which I have not done in a while
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to be a staff member because I love playing on the server and want to help ensure everyone is having fun and that no one is trying to mess with people or break any rules. And this server is like a home to me. I have made so many friends while playing on this server, and I want to make sure that everyone can have a time like this and that no one is going to break any rules and have the best time ever while on this server. And I have also met a lot of new people and learned many new things, and have helped a lot of people, and this server has helped me a lot.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would try to assign roles for staff, like ones who can be on in the mornings, who can be on at lunch times, and who can be on at night and at late nights, so that people know who will be on at what times. If they need to talk to them and know when they will be on and when they can talk to them, and how I would do this is give higher-up staff members a doc with questions, saying what times they will be on and how long they will be on at the time. And they can pick all of the times if they are on at all times, and that's how I try to help the staff team and how I would do so.
