How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-5 hours I'm pretty busy outside of the server but I tend to be on and active given as being an CO
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have experienced with another community I was a moderator in, and I don't know if the staff menu is the same here if I get accepted, or different compare, but I have experience with doing Moderator businesses and I am ready to do it again.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Something that I am proud that I achived in-game is getting my first ever CL4 personnel job from achiving a months of promos to be an E-11 CPT and I love every bit of it, I love working with my E-11 Personnel and my E-11 Personnel and COs appreciate the work I bring to them on the table, making sure E-11 stays in check.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because I want to help with staff on low pop servers, because that's when I am on too sometimes and not seeing much staff on or little staff on, I just want to help fill the gap and help them on the low pop servers and also when the server is packed, especially when it's a packed server because that's where most tickets would be and bunch of staff work and things to look out for when the server is full. The other reason why I want to join the staff team is because I want to build more experience, yes I was a modrator but that's only next after trial moderator, so I want to learn more being on staff and I haven't really talk and know all the staff but I do know some and they seem nice and cool, and know when to take seriousness in there hands when it comes dealing with staff reasons, and I feel like I could bring that to the table and help me and the staff grow more in people to help make sure the server is running like it needs to be.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something it would probably be how long staff takes to take sits, I get it they are busy being there characters and rp, or either afk and off the tabbed in the game, I heard someone had to wait 5 minutes for a admin to take their ticket once. Something I think I could do to help with that is probably more communication and if it's someone requesting to a certain staff they need to talk to and they're either not online in the server or afk, I would just reach them out in discord, saying someone request to talk to you specifically and can you get on? But other than that the best way is probably to communicate more to the other staff team and see what needs to be done whether it's tickets, sits, etc, Communication is key to success and successful things. (I tell my E-11 that often)
