My most recent warning for FearRP was a misunderstanding on my part because a gun was pointed at me but I did not recieve any warnings so I pulled out a gun anyways, I learned from the SL that brought me into the sit that it should be common sense with a gun on me I should not try anything stupid like pulling a gun out.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have been a staff member on a GMOD DarkRP Community which shut down early 2023, I contributed as a Staff Manager there working to hire new staff members and work onto new things being put into that specific server. I was also a Senior Mod on a Fivem DOJ server which I contributed on the organizations team which (dumbed down) oversaw certain groups of people on the server and manged their quality of RP and handed out punishments when deemed neccessary, and I overall just worked well within a chain of command.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: The proudest thing I currently have achieved in-game would be being enlisted in O-1 and reaching the rank of CSG inside of it. I was once in Nu-7 and E-11 as PVTs, and I see how much I have grown since then in roleplay aspects, combat aspects, and maturity.
Why would you like to become a staff member: In general I would like to become a staff member to assist other community members in ways that I am not able to as a regular member. I would like to help people learn to not break rules they may have broke in a certain situation. Another big reason I would like to become a staff member is because I play at very weird times, and It is very easy to tell when there is no staff on. When there are no staff on, people try stupid things and opening reports ingame does not do anything so you just have to go on with your day, so I would like to be able to assist in those reports during downtime / offtime that I am online. On a side note, you may be able to see my determination to become staff and help the community by repeating to make staff applications but I also do keep making mistakes ingame leading up to stupid warnings, but at the end of the day everyone makes mistakes so we learn off of those.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If there was something I could choose to improve on the staff team it would be transparency / evidence in punishments. I notice reports on the forums get accepted because there was a misunderstanding between staff members and that could be avoided more by some form of evidence providing during all punishments and logging. I have no idea if that exists currently but that would be my idea.
