Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I've received 2 warns. one which was in 2024 where I was XP farming, I can't recall what I was doing back then. I think I was a researcher, and I have a recent warn which is Mic spamming where it was just me and a SCP fighting and I was playing bag pipes through my mic assuming it was humorous in the moment but the SCP did not enjoy it (which is understandable it was obnoxiously loud) so then I was brought to a sit and warned. I wanted to justify my punishment but when I look back at It while I was auguring on it, I shouldn't have done it to begin with.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4+ hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was Senior Mod on this server for quite sometime back in 2022.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: What made me proud was that I started from PVT and made my way up to LTCOM with an amazing regiment. It was always something I wanted to achieve since I was 13 to make it High command in anything, but It had to be earned not just given. Once I did earn my spot for LTCOM I felt so proud of my self because I never thought I could ever make an accomplishment like that in the game in general. (It was a childhood dream I always wanted to achieve) but reaching High command wasn't the only thing I wanted to achieve, It was Respect. When I felt actual gratitude from someone or someone talking to me with no passive aggressive remarks it made me happy that I could talk to someone who doesn't look down on me. I just wanted to be treated equally.
Why would you like to become a staff member: The Reason why I wanted to become staff is because I enjoy helping people in any way shape or form. When I'm able to listen to that person problems and understand their situation it makes me wanna help them in the best way I can, Helping people has always been a thing I've enjoyed that goes being said in IRL, and I have a lot of experience in this server so it would be great to share my knowledge to new players or to assist players who have common problems like others. making their gaming experience better makes my experience better.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Being able to assist other staff members on how to handle sits and help them learn from their mistakes, when people make a mistake they scold themselves before someone says something assuming they are going to be in trouble but that's where I wanna come in, I wanna make sure people in the staff team can understand mistakes happen and we don't need to look on the past, but focus on the future on how we can improve on our decisions and make sure to have fun as well and not be completely focused on staffing duty. It's a game guys we all get on to have fun, not to be frustrated & Stressed.
