Why would you like to become a staff member: To set an example, help people understand and correct actions, also there are not a lot of staff on CI now and I want to be able to help if they have any questions.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: The US staff team is less in numbers compared to UK in presence and I believe that should change since the US also has needs and wants that could be solved if there were more. I also want to set a good example to inspire others to join the moderation team.
