Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I've made myself known to those in both Foundation, and Surface GOIs'. I've made great friends in several different regiments and departments, and I've climbed the ranks to be a proud captain of GSD, of which I believe is the greatest position you can hold. I'm also proud of how far I've come since I first started playing on civil networks 2 years ago, as in that time I didn't make any major attempts to rise up the ranks of either MTF, or any other department, something I have absolutely changed in more recent times.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I not only want to be as helpful as possible to other members of the server, I also strive to be able to have a generally positive impact on the server. Whether it be through solving as many in-game problems as possible, or simply assisting a new player who may be lost. Whatever the case is, I want to improve what I can do in site 65, and I believe joining the moderation team will assist me in reaching that goal.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One thing I've faced in the past is poor communication between staff members. For a specific example, I have, in the past, received several different answers as to whether or not d-class personnel can be shot on site for using the item dispensers. I mean not to slander the staff team or the ways they operate, but I feel like there could be room for improvement. One way I believe could be effective is to require much higher interaction between server leadership and lower level staff members, since SL can be extremely helpful if for instance, a trial mod is unsure about something.
