Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 1) RDM: I dont remeber what the context was but it was back in september of 2022
2) Combat jumping: I had just gotten off of call of duty when CI raided, I remember jumping while being shot at. This was back in July 1st, 2023

How many hours can you be on everyday: I can be on for a few hours ranging from 2 to ~4/5
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do have previous staff experience both in Gmod and some other games. I have been staff in Civil networks a total of 2 times (i just cant stay away lol), I have owned my own Gmod server (no longer around). I have also worked on some minecraft servers.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: So when i first started playing i was determined to get to a Cl4 positon. It didnt matter what it was. So i set this goal of mine, to do that. It took ~ a month for me to get a captain rank where i then applied for ECA. I was so proud of myself when all of this happened.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because i want to help better the community. I personally feel that there are area's within the community that all it takes is that one person. And I aspire to be that person.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: From what ive seen, reaction time on sits. Ive noticed that when it comes to taking sits from what i believe unless they can tell its urgent it takes longer to accept. And this is understandable when there is barley anyone on, but when there 7, 8 or even 9 staff members on i think its unacceptable.
