How many hours can you be on everyday: 3-4 late night.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: About two years ago, I operated a SantosRP server, where I coordinated multiple in-game events and assisted in managing the community. This involved addressing significant problems such as doxing and swatting, which educated me extensively on online security and moderation. I previously ran a FiveM server for some time, managing everything from configuration to daily operations, before ultimately moving away from gaming to concentrate on other pursuits

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm truly proud of the progress I've made with the documents I've created. Reflecting on my initial research paper where the English was hardly comprehensible it's amazing to witness the improvement. I’m now producing complete, refined work that truly seems substantial. My research persona has changed as well, shifting from awkward, unremarkable experiments to ones that are genuinely enjoyable and interesting. I genuinely believe I’ve influenced the research team significantly, particularly by how frequently I assist during late-night testing sessions

Why would you like to become a staff member: I truly enjoy being apart of moderation and contributing to enhancing RP into something improved. Maintaining an environment that is fun, imaginative, and pleasurable for all is quite satisfying. What has been frustrating recently is the inconsistency of moderator coverage during late-night hours particularly at about 4 AM US time. I’ve witnessed several rule violations occur during that time, and with no one present to address them, the game turns almost unplayable. It’s difficult to see the situation deteriorate when it could be avoided with a little more organization

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I were to return to a staff position, I would concentrate on enhancing late-night moderation support. Based on my own experiences, I’ve observed how exposed the server gets during those times, rule violations accumulate, and in the absence of active staff, it can spoil the experience for all players online.

I would focus on creating a more collaborative and less reactive approach to moderation. This involves not only enforcing regulations but also assisting in steering RP to promote creativity and fairness. I long to be involved in that assisting players with disputes, encouraging fresh concepts, and ensuring the server feels vibrant even in quiet times
