1 was for FailRP, which I just grabbed cuffs on D-Class and randomly cuffed about 1 or 2 D-Class for no reason
1 was for RDM, which I was on D-Class and I randomly stabbed another D-Class just once

How many hours can you be on everyday: Around 5. Varies day to day.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Unfortunately no.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm mostly proud of the ranks/jobs I've gotten.
I recently got recruited for UNGOC, which is pretty fun.
I'm also proud of getting an 096 whitelist, which I'm also soon to apply for 22415.
And along with licenses maybe.
Most of these things might seem lackluster, but I feel like I've gone moderately far.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I would really love to become a staff member because I love the CN community and the servers in it. I think it's some of the best current GMOD servers and I'd love to be apart of it. I enjoy helping people where help is needed, making it a better server for both the current and brand new players. My ultimate goal really is to help improve the experience for both new and existing players by making the game easier to understand and more enjoyable to play. I also want to help maintain the fun environment while knowing the community remains fair and fun. This primarily includes enforcing rules appropriately and addressing the players who break them.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve anything on the staff team, it would something of the ticket response times. Many tickets are left unattended for long periods, even when players need urgent help. I think that I can help greatly by taking tickets whenever and wherever help is needed.

Another area I would work on is staff activity during low pop periods. I understand that not all staff members are able or willing to be active during low pop. However, I am willing to be that staff member who is consistently online during those times to assist players. There have been occasions where I needed very fast help and basically 0 staff were available, and I want to ensure that everyone won't have the same issue.

I also read the AOD job guidelines recently, and it seems to me that AOD's are not really that active. I definitely see myself becoming an AOD wherever applicable.
