How many hours can you be on everyday: I am active for 3-6 hours a day, but I am a 24/7 player and can be on at any time.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I know what is expected of staff: to be fairly calm and understanding, knowledgeable of rules, and very professional, for starters. I will do my best to keep bias to a minimum when needed and maintain overall neutrality.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I also appreciated the ability to make more in-game progress. My role on the server and within the various departments (specifically ISD and GSD) took a considerable amount of effort and perseverance to acquire, as well as to grow within them. I can confidently say that I have improved dramatically since I first started on the server, and have learned to take all situations seriously. I've made a effort to study rules, processes, and server standards to better help my foundation.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I'd like to become a staff member because I believe that I can bring fairness and enjoyment to the server as well as a better way to run things. I've been on the server for a little while now and I have been studying the rules, the moderation and how the server can be run better. Of course punishing people for breaking the rules is important but being a staff member also means helping players, mediating a situation in the best way and making sure roleplayers aren't constantly ruined by people who don't care to follow the rules. Essentially being a staff member helps to make the server an enjoyable place for our community, and I want to contribute more than I already do.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think the server could be improved by having more staff available during less busy times, such as late morning, afternoon, and late night. This give me more time, so I won't be in a rush to deal with it and can ensure the fairest decision possible, especially to new players who may not know the current rules as well as old players do. I would also like to try and improve how everyone intreractes with each other making sure that everyone is being respectfull.
