Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Im proud of achiving MTF E-11 LCPL, My RCL, and killing lots of Foundation during CI Raid.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to be a staff member because I really enjoy the roleplay and the universe around it, and I would like to help keep everything going behind the scenes. I am someone who likes structure but also likes the creative aspect of it, and being on staff allows me to help out in both ways. Whether it be to help new players, keep the experience fair, or just help make an event go smoother, I want to be someone the community can depend on.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would concentrate on enhancing the staff's communication to the community. Sometimes staff and Players feel like they are not in the loop with decisions. I would take the initiative to be more transparent. I would focus on communication that identifies clearly what is being decided, asking for Players feedback and clarification that would enable and empower the Players that they are being heard.
