Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud of my time spent within UNGOC It is the first regiment I joined in this server as i started playing on here roughly 3 weeks ago but i have had a good time in my climb to corporal and look forward to climbing higher within the ranks. The biggest thing I am proud of is my improving ability to communicate with others while having a good time in the process.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member for a few reasons, one of which is that i enjoy this server and its structure and want to help in my free time with that structure. Another reason is I don't have much extra money IRL being that i am 18 and whatnot you know how it is so id like to be able to earn some VP in the process of helping others. The main reason that I want to help this community out by making sure all is fair when possible.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Overall from what I have seen of staff members and the team as a whole is that it functions well and solves issues effectively, so honestly there is not much i would change the only thing that i believe all staff teams can benefit from is more transparency in all matters. So with that being said if i could improve something on the staff team i would improve transparency and community access to docs and rules.
