How many hours can you be on everyday: Upwards of 6-8 hours a day.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Not inside Garry's mod or Civil networks.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Personally, I am proud of how far I have come from when I returned to Civil networks and my progress in the server - I am proud of how far I have come in departments as I used to worry that I'd never be good enough.

NU-7 - I am proud of how far I have come in the task force I have made it to Lance corporal, and I am training to go further. I enjoy the supportive role I play in NU-7 as I enjoy being a combat medic as I enjoy assisting my squadmates with medical aid and fire support.

UNGOC - Whilst I haven't got far in the GOC, I am proud of myself for possessing the skills and knowledge to Become a part of the GOC as I heavily enjoy the faction in the lore and the roleplay aspect the group has.

Medical - I am proud of myself for archiving the rank of senior doctor and combat medic as overall I am happy I can aid those who are wounded and cover them whilst pulling them to safety.

Certifications - I am proud of myself for passing the requirements that are in place for the heavy weapons, riot control, drivers and medical licenses as they have allowed me to expand what I'm able to do on the server

I'm also proud that I've been able to witness several events on server and take part in them.

One of these events was the SCP-??? The Mutative Painting that depicted a shovel leaning against a wall and bush. The painting when observed would slowly mutate the person into a humanoid what could be depicted as a zombie. it was a lot of fun writing observational documents on it as a researcher.

Another one of the events I witnessed was an entity resembling a scarecrow that would only reveal itself to two individuals at a time, whilst I wasn't affected by it personally I was one of the first to suggest a containment attempt as we attempted several times to beam the entity before it eventually vanished without a trace

The first event I ever witnessed was a genie type situation, where people would ask for certain things and the result would more often than not be comedic, I remember hearing someone ask for nitro-glycerine before an explosion went of incinerating the body of the person who asked.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member as I would like to do more for the community such assist people and help Resolve people's issues on a day-to-day basis and ensure I can help better the community I believe by joining the staff team I can make more of a positive impact on the server, And I believe that by joining the staff team I will have the opportunities down the line to Further improve roleplay and peoples experiences and leave a positive lasting impact with new players.

I wish to aid as many people as possible as I enjoy helping people even if it is just answering small questions, assisting people with licenses, handling rulebreakers and trolls, or otherwise just monitoring the server to make sure nobody is actively ruining the roleplay environment and experience.

I believe that I would make a good fit in the staff team as I genuinely enjoy helping others even with smaller tasks and issues, I do not mind taking the time to take someone through how to do things such as explain how to get the game time show up in the top right of your screen, or take someone through the process of document writing and how to get the correct formats.

I also believe I'd be a good fit as I commonly play supportive roles such as medical or Internal security, whilst these roles are fundamentally different to server staff they share similar core values, for example: Assistance, support, Investigation, Professionality and Action. these core values allow a staff member to operate efficiently and effectively and are able to help those that need it when they need it.

From the few staff sits I have observed and been a part of I have noticed how fair and understanding the staff members have been, and how respectful they are at handling sits, these staff members have been good role models for me to the point that these sits have left a positive impact on me, and I wish to do the same for other people.

I Believe that my core values make me a good fit for the staff team, these values being:
Honesty - Above all else I am honest, I will always admit when I make mistakes or if I do something wrong.
Integrity - Above everyone the server rules apply and nobody is exempt, I will always abide by these rules.
Ethicality - Above all else I am unbiassed My decisions will never be swayed by friends or departments.
Knowledge - I always Strive to inform People of information they don't know
Community - I will always put the health of the community first; I will never do anything to harm it.
Fairness - My decisions made will always be fair, I will never make a decision that is Unfair or Unjust.

However, despite me trying my best I also have many flaws I am human after all.
I can be slow and may need to be reminded of things occasionally - I am actively working on this
I'm new to Garry's mod staffing. - However, I am eager and willing to learn
I make mistakes, - not as often as I used to, but these still happen. I am working on this.

In summary I believe that I would make a good fit in the staff team I have much to learn but I'm willing to be taught I'm going to make mistakes, and I am willing to admit to them. I will put my full effort into maintaining the values and rules set by the leadership team. I Believe that the Staff team is my calling, and I am willing to spend as much time as I can to achieve my goal of becoming a staff member.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: There is one issue I have noticed whilst playing on the server is the lack of staff members on low population, this is not an issue caused by the staff its more or less caused by time zone scheduling, due to me Being from the UK I plan on using my time zone to assist when there is less staff members on.

During late nights and early mornings for the US there is an increased number of members who cause issues on the server from what I have witnessed There is more instances of Fail RP and the occasional oversampling issue during low population,

another thing I wish to do as staff is increasing the knowledge of the rules and their clarifications within new players to put clarity to any confusion they may have if they break a rule without knowing it, a good example in this case is fail-roleplay which could be considered conditional depending on what role you are as some roles can do things others can, such as fear RP. As a staff member I would make sure to clarify and questions and concerns from both parties in a sit and would make sure to Encourage the newer players to ask questions if they're unsure as I would always be happy to answer and explain the rules thoroughly and explain the punishments for breaking them on purpose.
