Why would you like to become a staff member: I am interested in joining the staff team because I would love to help you guys out whenever more people join and help out other staff. It has been my dream to be a staff member and be kind to other people within the community. Also I am really interested in being staff so that I am able to help out the server for a long time and make it a good place for everyone. It is my honor to be a staff member here and would appreciate it if yall gave me a chance as a staff member. I've always liked helping people out, talking to them, and solving any problems they have. These are the reasons why I want to become a staff member. I love the community on this server as they are kind people and respectable. I love how I can freely talk without people changing words from my mouth and would love to help out new people on the server that need help. I would help the staff team grow by being more active and recommending people that would make great staff to apply and help them out. I would love to help the community grow and do some fun stuff as a mod on the server to make everyone have a great time. What interests me in being staff in this server is helping out the server, being a part of a staff team, being dedicated to the server, and helping out the community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: It would be the Bias some staff members are bias the way i would fix this if i see it i would report it to a higher up
