Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: received an RDM | FearRP | FailRP warn back in May 20th, 2023. Was probably my second time playing ever on the server after taking a year off back in 2022.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Probably around 5. On weekends most likely more but in moderate amounts like 8ish hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yeah, i've moderated in 3 SCPRP servers before. My most recent position I reached Senior Admin before stepping down due to a burnout. Then the one before that I was an Admin before leaving also. I was a Senior Mod on another server before it was permanently shut down back in around early early 2025ish. I would mention each server but it's against the rule.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Getting to know a few people, I am a bit newer to the more recent people, but ive been here for like 2.5 years.
Why would you like to become a staff member: Well, the main reason I'd like to join the staff team is because I am interested in taking a more serious part of the community. Sure playing security or joining E-11 one day or something of that sort can be fun, but its not too serious of a position. If I get to join staff, I can move up in the ranks and have a bigger goal to work towards, maybe Admin.
Also, I would just like to be able to help. Currently I do like playing as Security and having fun with the others, but I'd also like to help out the other people. I mean theres always grumpy D-Class but I have always liked to deal with people like that and turn them around. That's why I've staffed 3 RP servers so far.
My 3rd reason is because I would also like something to do in my off-time. Maybe I am not feeling roleplay or combat at the moment, so I can hop on admin-on-duty and help take sits. Most of the time as a Security I am just sitting at airlock or holding the 2 doors in d-block. I'd like to have something else to maybe do in my time whenever I can
4th and probably not last, I would like to be able to introduce myself to more people. With the wide amount of staff, and also players in general, becoming a staff would allow me to meet more people in general due to the amount of socialization I must have when dealing with tickets and people in general.
5th and definitely last for this section, I would love to learn more about the server. With how much more advanced this server is when it comes to addons, scripts and such, becoming a staff sort of makes me have to adapt and learn everything. I've already got experience with dealing with tickets, so I'd like to also learn how to properly use everything on the server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Some attributes I can bring to the table to help improve the staff team are things such as my ability to handle tickets efficiently and still leave a positive remark. I never really get frustrated with people, and that's because I know most of the time people don't really WANT to be frustrated, they just are because maybe someones bothering them, or something isn't working. But I've always been good at dealing with stuff of that sort.
I am also really active. I can be on as much as possible, which allows me to be a great addition to the team. Activity is certainly key to a good staff member. If you are inactive, you practically have no positive impact on the team, and if anything are holding them back. I am not like that, and if I ever need to be inactive, I would reach out.
Third, I am quick at learning. Although I am experienced like previously mentioned, there are obviously things that I haven't learned yet. I am quick at learning stuff though and I would be eager to learn most things this server has to offer.
Last but not least, as mentioned many many times in the application, I am quite experienced. To go into more detail, with how many servers i've staffed for, I have sorta learned all of the main objectives of staffing for a server. I know how to handle people, I know how to keep my cool. I think with my experience, although I am not quite known yet, I still bring a valuable asset to this staff team.
