Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: no I do not have any experience with being staff but I'm willing to learn and listen on how to be a moderator
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I was able to make it up to being a sergeant the highest ranked I've ever been when I left my original regimen I was only a lance corporal. I'm proud of myself on how far I came from where I was originally and Thrive to push myself more to rise up the ranks.
I had a CI-TB switch positions with me I still managed to kill and managed to survive and not die from a E11 peer.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I was told by a friend that I would make a good fit on being staff I began thinking about it more and it drives myself to wanting to support the community that I've enjoyed being around the most most being if it's me helping out content events EtcI just want to help out the community that's made me laugh the most and have a good time
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If i could improve something on the staff team it would be lack of inactivity on staffs during low population. From what I've seen during load times there's not many staff members on to take sits from what I know how long it can take for a sit to get taken when a staff member get on it can possibly take up to 3h to 5h to some people that seems like an unreasonable time to wait.
How would I fix this solution? Having somewhat more available staff on that can be on during late night hours/low population time because some people still like to be rude and be toxic on the server and or rdming during roleplay scenarios which can make playing on the server and having the roleplay experience ruined possibly having more of staff on to take care of situations and making the roleplay experience more fun for the people that are there for that!
