Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Several RDM warnings, don't remember the specifics of them. Several valid Micspam warnings, most of which were me being careless towards the rules at the time. A FailRP warning that I don't remember the specifics of. A Toxicity warning I don't remember the specifics of. A Spawn Camping warning I don't remember the specifics of. and several ERP warnings including one ban, all of which were from jests made in OOC. (None actually constituted ERP warnings, but I didn't dispute them as I couldn't at the time. Though one thing to note is the older ones from 2022 included moments that weren't the best, but still weren't rule breaking.) The most recent punishment is from September of 2023.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-8 (With the goal being 4-8 hours daily)
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Several experiences within Roblox roleplay communities for a couple years, but ultimately disagreements with those servers staff resulted in my resignation.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: There's many things I'm proud of that I achieved from Civil Networks, the biggest one is the improvement in my ability to roleplay. When I first started playing on Civil Networks (then Civil Gamers) SCP-RP my roleplaying experience and ability was average at best, but wasn't quite enjoyable for myself and even others at the time. Since my almost 3 years on the server, my roleplaying abilities have shaped greatly and I'm extremely grateful for not only what the server has contributed but for the lengths I've came. Coming in a close second was the experience not only with some staff members but generally the community as a whole. My entire time on the server has been filled with enjoyable and fun roleplay scenarios and just general interactions between myself and other members of the community, it has been something I've never found in other communities.
Why would you like to become a staff member: As stated in my previously answer on things I'm proud of; I've had enjoyable experiences on the server for nearly 3 years. I want to give back to the community in some way, and I feel like a staff position fits me best. The reason as to why I'm applying now and haven't applied sooner or later, was that during those times staff were relatively active throughout the day. Recently I've noticed less staff have been active throughout the day, and I'm looking to fill in the gaps in staff activity.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: The biggest issue I previously had with the staff team was the rule interpretations, which for the most part was up to staff discretion. With the addition of Rule Clarifications on the forum, I've seen the way that staff issue punishments become more uniformed. I believe it was well summed up in the handbook, it lessens confusion not only for players but staff as well, in addition to easing the former tension that came with staff having differing opinions on rules
