Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am very proud that I obtained three licenses (HWL, RRT and Medical License), became Consultant, and having had chances to be a part of funny mini-events (Such as when I was turned into a computer)
Why would you like to become a staff member: To give back to a community I enjoy being a part of, even if the total extent of everything I do is limited, it would be nice to extend a hand to aid.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Make the tickets more noticeable and quicker to process. There have been times I had been stuck for upwards of 10 minutes in a highly populated area with a ticket and multiple people running around. Along with being more cautious with the people allowed into the staff team, seeing as there are some who let rule breaking slide because "It was funny".
