Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes. Several TTT communities mostly, and 2 RP communities
My roles included taking sits in TTT to figure out who shot first and whether people were in the right to shoot first, viewing kill cams, judging both sides of the story.
In DarkRP I would do similar things and compare with what was in logs, killcams, and the rules, and hopefully clips if need be (which are always helpful even if not needed.) I would always explain to the rule breaker what rule they broke to make sure they understand not to do it the next time.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Basically just RP's that are engaging, and especially if I made someone or several people laugh, or just create a fun scenario in general. My favorite moment is making friends with a particular D class where we would make a different deli meat joke every time GENSEC got crushed in a door, which happened a weird amount of times around us. It's become a recurring joke of ours, so I'm most proud of that moment.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I've seen many RP communities and these days a lot of them have gotten stale and no one really roleplays in very engaging ways quite like I've seen on this server/community. I feel like the staff do a great job in creating ways for people to engage and keeping the peace, and I would love to contribute to this role. I've had nothing but good experiences with staff, and would like to be a part of such a nice team where I've seen too much corruption in other communities or passive aggressive staff, power tripping staff etc.
I also feel like I can contribute a lot being in Australia and therefore can be around during times the US staff are typically sleeping.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Nothing I can really think of right now in terms of improving the staff team except maybe to encourage more events to lower ranks to spice things up for them as most events I've personally seen have been more directed towards the higher ranks, like some fun things for our boys in orange to do while they wait to be tested
