Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why:
No.
How many hours can you be on everyday:
4-5 hours, typically at night though.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community:
Yes, I've been moderator+ on some servers, and SL on some others. I was also previously staff on this server before I resigned.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game:
Not really a hard to obtain thing, but it was when I had written my first Excellent graded document, I had written a few prior to that, that I felt were pretty good, but not good enough to be excellent. So on a SCP-178 and SCP-3078 crosstest, I paid very close to attention to ever detail, writing everything I could down presenting it very neatly on my document, having it peer reviewed by multiple people to ensure that it was good, then finally submitting it, and finally getting that excellent rated document, it felt like the world had been lifted off my shoulders and I had accomplished something, again, I'm sure most people have excellent rated documents, but I never really dove into research like that until recently, so it's quite a big deal to me, and bless to Exec. Researcher Lanahan for giving my first excellent document. I am also very proud of being in the old O-1, back when it was an info breach to say their name and they were very very strict on who they let into their ranks, bless to LT 'Rocks' and COM Richter Blade for letting me in <3 I'm also extremely proud of climbing the ranks so fast in my current regiment, which is Nu-7, thanks to the very supportive and helpful leadership team they have there, I've been given the proper guidance to achieve everything. Especially big thanks to Hypnos for helping me with a majority of everything, even outside of Nu-7.
Why would you like to become a staff member:
I would like to become a staff member because I have a lot of off-time, where when I'm not on Nu-7, I can make use off that time by assisting others with their issues, whether that be simply getting someone unstuck, or dealing with a sit that could take an hour to finally complete. I want to be able to help people, regardless of if they are brand new to the server/game, or if they're a long time member. Everyone deserves a fair sit, not saying staff are biased, but I don't feel someone should be punished solely because they are new to the game and don't know all the rules, everyone will need guidance and proper adjustment to new things, because we were all the new players at some point, not knowing the rules, or just being completely new to a certain aspect of roleplay, considering SCP-RP has some of the most unique aspects of roleplay to it, there is going bound to be people who will need a helping hand to assist them in remembering these things to bring them to a course of success, because who knows, that Cadet you warned for RDM who's new to the game, could be your future commander. I am always willing to give a helping hand to any and all.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
I would want to improve staff activity at night, there's not many staff on during the nights on the US, server, and some of them you see on staff for hours, so it'd be nice letting them know they can take a bit of a break and go roleplay for a bit, whether that be relax and watch some Youtube afk, or hopping on there RP character to do some stuff, having multiple staff on during the late nights could lift an immense amount of stress of their shoulders, so you don't have people spamming chat with "staff take tickets" or so on. Some staff treat it like they're going to get removed if they don't take every single sit that pops up, which is not the case, informing them they are free to take a break is also good to say and hear.
Another thing, I also believe everyone deservers to be heard. Regardless of if the Site Advisor whoever says Cadet whatever RDM'd him, it is not right to immediately assume that the Site Advisor is correct just because of the rank he holds, their could be more to the story that the SA is not telling, in which the Cadet could inform you of, either via clip, text chat, etc.. Not saying this currently happens, but I know it can happen because in my time being staff, I have seen it happen before where staff take bias to certain people because of the title they hold, which all in all can set the entire stage for a new player in how the community displays itself and could cause them to immediately leave the server, therefor potentially losing a long time player if the sit were to have gone in a fair way.
