I have also been blacklisted before, but appealed it around 4 months ago now, which I have learned off of.
How many hours can you be on everyday: I can be on for around 3-4 hours every day.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: As said previously in other staff applications I have made, I have been staff member in multiple communities, in and off Garry's mod. Some of these including;

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Currently, I am proud of my Overseer assistant and Alpha-1 ranks. I have worked extremely hard for both of these, being my main goal while on the server. When I got these I got more laid back with activity, but still work hard within these ranks.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member for many reasons. I will list the most important and most common ones first. Firstly, I would like to improve the "homeness" feel of the server for new players. When someone joins, it can be very confusing to learn the game or understand what to do, I plan to improve this buy quickly answering questions in OOC or Tickets. Now, secondly, I would like to improve the speed at which tickets are taken, if I were to be selected as staff, I would ensure to take tickets as soon as possible to deal with any rule breakers people may encounter while in game. Lastly, my activity, although my activity has been a little low right now as I was taking a break, I can easily raise it again, getting 3-4 hours per day. Although I have recent warnings, I have learnt off these by re-reading the rules to ensure my knowledge with them is up to date, I believe I am now prepared for staff and to enforce these rules.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve anything on the team, it would be the ticket response time, as I mentioned in the other question. I could do this in plenty of ways, kind of like the staff rewards now, but it could be out of game awards too. This could range from nitro, games, game credit, etc. All of these could boost ticket count and ticket speed within the staff team.
