Why should you be unbanned:It was unfair to not punish the other guy who harassed me and I got to the point where I killed him, so it was unfairly treated
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will attempt to follow the rules thoroughly, I will not break the rules under no circumstances.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: It is quite a entertaining and fun server to play in compared to the others

Hello Jover,

The reason why you were the only person to get a warn/ban was due to the fact that there was no evidence that he had been following you. I am unable to hand out warns without the proper evidence. Now with your RDM ban. Like what i had stated in your sit there are other ways to deal with situations like that. You could have contacted IA and see if they would have done anything about it, or you could have even contacted staff and we would have watched the situation. Since you took the situation into your own hands and shot and killed him without proper reason you were banned for three days for RDM E.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I chose to deny the appeal because while someone harassing you is a bannable offense, it's not necessarily a reason to kill someone in RP. If you had had some form of evidence they were harassing you, it could have been escalated to staff, but as it stands, killing someone for it is RDM. If it happens again be sure to let a member of staff know so punishment can be done if needed.
