What is the details/summary of your complaint (provide as much detail as possible)?: SCP-049 was sold back to foundation from CI. CI Deep cover then stole him back after he was inside the facility being RC. Foundation didn't want to buy back SCP-049 a second time so the CI released him on surface I guess ( I was in the middle of the event RP ) SCP-049 runs to the event area and kills people in plain view of rangers. SCP-049 being at 1% gets beamed by another MC&D who shortly after gets shot and killed. I dragged SCP-049 to hill house with 2 rangers who saw SCP-049 killing people so they were chilling while I was trying to do RP with SCP-049 but he kept complaining and mixing saying it was " failrp and they will get job banned if they don't kill or arrest me. " During the RP with the rangers Kenneth W. a moderator had taken 049's ticket about failrp and no one was brought. INSTEAD 049 was uncuffed and I believe teleported somewhere else as he was no longer in the house where he was brought in the first place. The moderator had completely ruined the RP, took potentially 10-20k from me due to me going to sell it off to someone like CI, GOC, or Foundation, and I am very unsure if they asked for a second opinion or anything cause when I brought this up to a head mod he seemed to have no knowledge of this so that leads me to believe he didn't ask anyone for a second opinion and just acted without any evidence to SCP-049's claims. Even then, I don't believe you should teleport a SCP out of a situation after uncuffing them if its clear they were beamed and cuffed by a MC&D, even if the rangers were doing something they shouldn't ( which they weren't since no rule says rangers have to cuff or kill anyone who has a SCP cuffed ) that's no reason to do what he did. Lastly, the rangers had information about SCPS and the military base since another ranger had informed them of the military base dragging SCP-682 and SCP-049 into their base so they knew not only that SCP-049 was dangerous, they also saw SCP-049 kill a few people. Thus this was clear staff abuse and had severely ruined RP, even after SCP-049 was gagged he had continued to talk and mix Staff member Pigeon was there to see this as well as he was cloaked on the GENSEC Riot SGT job watching the whole thing.

From my end, SCP-049 made a ticket reporting both you and the rangers involved for FailRP. I waited for the RP situation he was currently involved in between you and the rangers to end. When I teleported, it looked like you and the rangers were in a hostage situation with 049. This ended when the two rangers in the situation killed you, and then they retrieved SCP-049 from you. I then brought 049 to the sit, and after determining there was no FailRP involved, 049 asked for a second opinion. Pigeon came, and we both agreed that there is no server rule being broken by rangers interrogating SCP-049 inside of lakehouse compared to inside of ranger station which is what the complaint was about. Returning SCP-049 to you was not something Pigeon and I discussed because the rangers had 049 in their custody at the time the sit occurred. I was simply returning him to the person who had him at the time. When he was returned, the rangers stated they no longer wanted him, and a foundation DEA who was disguised took him back into the foundation. Even though the rangers no longer wanted him, that does not mean you get to receive him, as you died and he was no longer in your possession.

Because you died, you would not have been able to return to your house and kill the rangers for having 049 without breaking NLR. In my view, the rangers very reasonably had 049 in their custody, you were dead, and they were actively dragging him out of your house. After the sit was over, returning SCP-049 to you would make no sense as, when RP was paused, the rangers had SCP-049 not you. Even if you had them locked in your house, you would not be able to return for five minutes, nor would you have known 049 was in your custody due to forgetting your past life. The rangers would’ve easily been able to RP breaking down your door within that amount of time. The rangers seeing SCP-049 killing people would give them reasonable reason to go detain you, the person trying to take the murderer away from their custody, so there wouldn't be any element of rdm when the rangers killed you to take 049 that would get his capture refunded to you nor did you ask for that from what I am aware of.

I also feel the need to clarify 049 was never uncuffed during the sit. 049's complaints were resolved without bringing any other parties involved to the sit because it was the determination of two staff members that no rules were broken. Neither you nor the rangers made a sit about 049 mixing, and the time I was watching waiting for the RP scenario between you and the rangers to unfold no mixing took place. I am not sure how you would've wanted me to address the fact 049 was mixing when there was never any mention of that to me.

Lastly, 049 was not returned to the house because the rangers who had him were no longer in the house. Given the rangers had custody of 049, to me it makes the most sense to return 049 to the player he was with not the location he was at given it was about a 10 minute long sit (it took a while for a staff member to come for the second opinion). I personally think it is unreasonable if I would have told the rangers they had to sit in the house for the next 10 minutes while I take the sit, hence why he was returned to the location of the two rangers after the sit was resolved. If RP was never paused due to the sit, the rangers would've been dragging 049 around to wherever they were anyways in RP, not waiting in the house of the person who just tried to kill him.

When I had returned after 5 min I had noticed the rangers died to bleed out and I had asked a staff where 049 was after making a ticket out of curiosity. I was then informed that you had just brought him mid RP and then released him and tp him somewhere else, in fact I made a ticket on it and a head mod took it and pigeon even stated as such thus the whole reason for me making this forum post.

Hi Duke,

Thanks for taking the time to make a complaint.

Reading over what was posted here, it seems you had died with Rangers in your house, and 049 was TP'd to Rangers while waiting for your NLR timer. This would mean that 049 is no longer in your possession, and therefore your RP was broken due to you dying and NLR applying. With you not knowing where 049 was due to NLR, I find it reasonable to have TP'd 049 to the rangers and proceed from there.
