What does this suggestion change/add/remove:<br>Either remove the restriction about SCUs being able to use LMGs on d class OR make it so outside of d block they can use LMGs on d class<br><br>Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:<br>No I don't think so<br><br>Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):<br>Goes in line with what the UK server has (no restrictions on the heavy weapon SCU has rather just where he could go. When an SCU is on patrol outside of d class and finds an armed d class he doesn't have to make a decision to either fumble with his weapons and get himself killed or break code of ethics<br><br>Possible Negatives of the suggestion:<br>Ethical standards technically being broken. Confusion when it comes to using RPK in d block during not code 2 (if it is only removed for d class outside d block than SCU I would think could only use LMG inside d block during code 2)<br><br>Based on the Positives &amp; Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:<br>I think it should be accepted purely because of the ambiguity that it has, I find many ISD don't tend to care about SCU using LMG outside d block but the few that do care causes an annoying inconsistency.

Also not sure if this should be just taken up with SEC command or not but when I do discuss it with GENSEC command they just often times tend to shrug and agree then nothing gets done

Hi @Inky The Moth,

I've denied this due to it being an In-Character issue.

If you wish to have this rectified, you will have to take it up with security command or further up the chain of command if you find that to be ineffective. I am not fully aware of the reasoning or who enforces the law, but generally I would think this would go to ISD or Site Administration, if it's not Ethics.​
