- Yes, 2 RDM 1 in 2023, 1 in April, nlr and power gaming in jan, name convention in nov, afk in jan, fail RP in April, inappropriate conduct in early May for saying a few words to someone that did not feel safe when I said it, and got banned for 3 days for it.
What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I've been serving as a CL4 Junior Inspector for just shy of four months and have a strong knowledge and perception of internal disciplinary procedures, operational standards, and the value of having ethics oversight at the Foundation. My experiences in ISD have well-positioned me to ensure that policies are carried out, confidentiality is maintained, and diligent investigations are conducted.
In addition, my ethic toward ethics, commitment to doing the right thing, ability to remain level-headed in difficult situations, and experience working with other departmental dynamics leave me uniquely situated to help the Ethics Committee uphold the Foundation's moral and procedural guidelines. I’m certain that my experience, discipline, and moral judgment qualify me for the job.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Serve as an ethics committee assistant, and have to work with department records and reports, order and store legal documents, do clerical work, investigations, etc. They carry the orders of EC members and help provide implementation of the Foundation’s Rules of Ethics through all departments. Much of their job is to keep accurate records, make reports, and keep records of incidents or procedures.
Administration and authority: Along with admin business, ECAs admin several things, including AA usage, authorization of termination for ethical reasons, and for the testing of some of the underwriting SCPs. Some of the responsibilities are to observe the behavior of personnel, check behavior against the set of ethical standards, and stop any unethical act from being completed. They shall conduct all business in a professional, fair, and accountable manner.
